Renew! Retreat®: One Empowering Day for People with Movement Disorders and their Loved Ones: Two Tracks

Track One: People with movement disorders will gather in a separate uplifting “renew” room for education and fun. Physical therapy and nursing student volunteers will be in the renew room with people with movement disorders to assist anyone in getting around or going to the bathroom.

Track Two: Care Partners and Adult will gather in the “retreat” room. When you’re a care partner or adult child, the questions you have about caring for and coping with your loved one’s movement disorder are different than the questions and concerns of your loved one. You will interact with local experts and gain their tips and local resources, get a chance to share with peers who truly get you, and have fun with your community!
